It’ll probably be on the way, but I woldun’t worry too much. I personally kept my original DS Phat for a few years before upgrading to a Lite in 2008. Yes, two years late to the party! If anything, a redesign will allow Nintendo to up the value of the handheld and charge more for it than they currently do now.
